I purchased a GILMA 3 Burner Stove last year (Bharath Enterprises, Indirapark X Roads), it has one year warranty for servicing (my Sl. No. G3PDX25509, Date of purchase 21-06), I personally went to the showroom where i have purchased the stove for complaint registration but they have given phone numbers saying that u have to complain on phone only, i have registred my complaint on telephone they told me they will send person within a week and my complaint number is 320 they said. But almost 3 months passed nobody atteneded the complaint nor any feed back.
I tried contacting Gilma company, STOVEKRAFT as well parent VARDHMAN group but neither no Phone number available on Web. Only Fax and email - when sent, Emails Bounced abd Fax is unanswered. I am unable to contact any customer support or service number.
