COMPLAINT: ISSUE OF DEFECTIVE GAS STOVE
Dear Sir,
1. I had purchased a new gas stove (Model No G Plus) from PHD Marketing located in Shop bearing No 1 Ground Floor, CBI Road, Ganganagar, Bangalore vide invoice No 9341954654 dated 12 March. Ever since I purchased the stove - the stove has not been functioning properly. The flow of the gas is not smooth, and as a result the flame from two of the burners comes out in spurts. I had written a complaint to the Jayanagar office of GILMA on 05 May and also lodged the following complaints at your “Customer care” (Telephone No 26729251– the details of which are as follows

2. The response from Mr Srinivas of PHD Marketing, and the capability of the persons who came thrice to repair the stoves was pathetic, and till date the problem persists. I would therefore request that a new stove which is working properly be issued as a replacement immediately. Hoping for a immediate and a positive response or else I would be forced to approach the consumer court, and make public the quality of the stove.
