It was quite unfortunate that we had visited girias indiranagar and bought one refrigerator whirlpool on a sunday afternoon. the delivery was supposed to be on the same day. but it didnt happen. when we called today (Monday) they either didnt pick up the call or even if they had picked they would keep the phone aside... finally after calling for 10 times one person answered saying that it will reach by one hour (i.e 17 hours) but they didnt send it... the response was horrible they have been only lying to us... no customer care number or email ID of the respective company.
