I purchased a Glen Four Stove Burner for about Rs0 (approx) a couple of years ago and had some problems with it, the problem is that the metal burner of the Stove is rusted and has Bent downwards probably due to heat.
Now, its been a month or so after I have called the staff from Glen to send their technician to get it changed as I am not able to get the same size or the same Burner from any other shop or company.
Their attitude towards the customer and the complaint is just pathetic and unexplainable, first of all they really need to be trained on how to speak with a customer on the phone, secondly after lots of phone calls and harassment they gave me a complaint number which is still with me but the complaint has not been attended by any of their technician. I have called them again and again just to request them to send a technician as we are facing problems making our daily meals, but they have not responded at all and they keep giving me false promises that the technician is on his way, he will be there tomorrow and other excuses like that. I am sick and tired of complaining henceforth I want to take a legal action against them, a harsh action if possible.
Please let me know of how I can deal with them?
