I'VE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE SERVICE AGENCY OF GLEN MAKE HOBS ((PH NUMBER OF THE SERVICE AGENCY 0091 3322430492)) THAT THE IGNITION OF THE TWO BURNER OUT OF THE FOUR BURNER IS OUT OF ORDER.
ONE MECHANIC WAS DEPUTED TO MY APARTMENT TO RECTIFY THE FAULT, BUT COULD NOT RECTIFY. IT IS MORE THAN THREE WEEKS NOW.THEY ARE INSISTING TO CARRY THE APPLIANCE TO THEIR SERVICE CENTRE. WHY IS IT SO?..BECAUSE IT IS JUST ONE YEAR AND TEN MONTH OLD WHEN I LODGED THE COMPLAINT AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO ATTEND THIS PETTY SERVICE WORK TO RECTIFY THE FAULT AT CUSTOMER PREMISE.THEY ANTICIPATE THAT THE GLASS TOP OF THE GLEN HOBS MIGHT BREAK WHILE ATTEMTING TO RECTIFY THE FAULT AND THEY ARE ALSO INSISTING TO PAY THE REPLACEMENT COST
IF IT BREAKS IN AN ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE FAULT.
