No response to complaints and unsatisfactory service

We have been facing cooling problems with our refrigerator since we have bought it. after many complaint they make visit and take their service charges and they are not bothered about weather the problem has been solved or not and after receiving payments they neglect our calls.

complaint no.-860354 dt.-2.7.10-compressor was changed and new compressor was installed

complaint no.-877572 dt.-06.10.10

complaint no.-798625 dt.-15.12.10

complaint no.-844456 dt.-4.8.11-now after 1 year again compressor is not working

complaint no.-844456 dt.-4.8.11-still colling is a problem

we have been complaining continously.

the customer care centre cuts our calls

the service center does not respond to our calls and also make promises of being at our house and never show up.
