Dear Mr Atul,
As i already said to you that after buying the product of around Rs 18, 000 /- and paying Rs 1500 /- for installation doing fabrication jobs of Rs 2000 /- conversion of Aluminium window A.C portion to sliding so that match outdoor unit Rs 3000 /-, Electrical works Rs 1300 / - (32 amps mcb, 2.5 sq.mm cable, 3 pin socket and box 32 amps). Moreover going to Hypercity for three times selecting the wrong brand i.e Godrej and last but not the least following up with you "o" great wonderful people of godrej for installation of product and replacement of product.telephonic enquires about of my pity status. It has cost me total of Rs 30, 000 /- . Ut most taking three days leave from office at managerial level.
Do you think in peak summer season buying an A.C and waiting for 12 days for formalities to get the comfort or pleasure a satisfaction for buying an A.C that too in instalments on credit card gives u all the head aches.
If you are in my position what would you do?
Look iam not big shot iam middle class person and i count each of my penny.
