I am giving a worst example of Godrej A.C. services even into warranty period.
I raise a complain on 21st of may with customer care of Godrej with request no-453979.but from that date no one reponded even by calling on daily basis to customer care. so finally had an option to fight for the rights in consumer court.
They people will make fool to others that our technical person will come soon to you. but no one will come to you . so if you will make a call to them again they will say someone will come to you soon. we have escalated your things but no one will come to you to help you.
You have having A..C for cooling in the summer season but these people will make you hot by not sending technical person and second giving the same reply to you on daily basis. but they know how many days a person will call them.
I have my papers of warranty card and going to consumer court for claiming money from them for all this tension they gave on daily basis. this is totally loss of my work and all my activities.. I will put 2crore claim on them so that they will not do all these stupid things with anyone else.
