I Purchased a Semi Automatic Washing machine on 27-5 2009 with Model Number sws-620 From One of the Standard Authorized Dealer RajKamal Electronics Ameerpet Hyderabad.
The Washing Machine we purchased was found to be defective. It got burned Automatically. we complaint to the Godrej Customer care After Regular Follow Ups Technician and Manager came to our House took the Snap of the washing Machine and went off saying that they will report to head office for replacement of the Product under warranty. But still now there is no Response what so ever Inspite of regular Reminders to the customer care. I Request the Senior management of the Godrej to look into the Matter and Kindly Help us.
we need a Better product with better service. As Customer Satisfaction is Priority of Most of the Organization. we are in need of Customer Satisafaction from Godrej for Replacement
