I own a IFB wasing machine that my father bought before 10 years from a registered shop.up to last half an year we had no complaints about this product. but now their new service station start at kasargod in kerala. one day a problem occured for the machine that it runs with heavy sound and jerking. i registered the complaint and one technician came and told that its bearing had gone and need to get replaced. he replaced it and it costs around Rs 800. after 2 or 3 months again the same sound and jerking came and i again registered the complaint and other technician came and told that its drum got damaged and the only solution is to replace it. we told ok and ordered for a new one.after 3 or 4 weeks he came again with new drum and replaced the bad one.it costs around Rs.2500. after that in one month again the same problem occured and i registered and the same technician came and told that the bearing had gone. the technician came was having only that much knowledge and the problem occured when he was replacing the drum. now the are simply telling that they will come next day when each and every day i called. i called customer care and also they told thet they will inform and nothing happens till now.i want to inform you this problem of a customer.
