I have Purchased Godrej 800VA Sine wave UPS in the Month of February. During installation itself, i found Noise is abnormal. Supplier Accecpted to Replace the UPS as soon he get next one. Latter Dealership was withdrawn due to poor service in this area. Noise is Hurting me. I register complaint thrise & two of them closed without my knowledge, I have sent a list of mails to all the concerned service heads. Still my problem is not solved.
Service technicians attended & removed the Buzzer to reduce the noise. whereas noise is from Transformer & they accecpted to Replace. Now they are standing that noise are reduced. I Request Godrej Service Head to Measue the Noise Level.
Kindly let me know the procedure for Measurement of noise in home appliance with dB meter.
