This is regarding one refrigerator problem for Godrej. We have purchased that refrigeror on last April'10 with 1 year warranty. But, starting from 1st day it was having the cooling problem. We have logged several complains to Godrej Service Centre and there was no proper response for the same. The technician used to come and just rectify the incident for that time being. But, after just getting over the warranty period one of the technician cleared the actual scinario, that the refrigetor is having some manufacturing fault and it can not be rectified permanently and we need to change the entire compression box and other parts.
If that is the actual matter, why does it not cleared during warranty period???
I must say Godrej is having an useless service or it is having some over smart service centre, that after knowing the entire matter well, they just harrased the customer and now, they are asking for paid service for replacing the entire compression box and other parts to rectify the problem permanently.
This is not at all acceptable and Godrej must replace the refrigerator within 1 week. OR I will escalate the matter to International Consumer Forum.
The calls details are lying with me for further reference.
