WATER LODGING IN VEGETABLE BUCKETS

Dear Sir,

I undersigned purchased a Refrigerator of above model from Great eastern appliances pvt. ltd. on dated 10.07.2011 Vide MR No. DH/CMR/03691/10-11. After few months of using we found that all time water lodging in vegetable drawer. For this reason all vegetables are rotten and unusable for preparing any food. We maintained proper ventilation of said drawer and always keep dried vegetables into the drawer. But result is same. We complained several time to your customer service last 2 to 3 months but nobody responded.

Kindly do the needful at earliest.
