Complaint for creating bogus service call

Dear Sir,

Some days back I received a telephonic call from your representative to my mobile no. that our house is closed and he is unable to carry out the service of our refrigerator. I informed him that we are out of Delhi due to some family emergency and shall contact Godrej after coming back to Delhi.

Now I have received a SMS dated 10-03 from Godrej Helpline No: 18002095511 which has shocked and surprised me. In spite of the fact that we have not lodged any call for servicing, a bogus service call 118389 has been created in your records and fictitious service has also been completed. This action of your representative is not only unethical and unprofessional but a case of theft of my identity and amounts to forgery. This action has given me lot of tension and harassment, when I m still coping with my family emergency and very far away from our house.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
