With ref to above refrigerator model GDE 23B1, complaint was raised with service call number 827426 dated 23/09.
Today the 30th of sep we received a massage saying that the "service call 827426 is completed".
But funny thing is that nobody came to attend or to see the refrigerator, and closed the complaint.
we bought refrigerator of a godrej model on the basis of the reputation of the company.
From the day one we are having problems and within a year it is worst.
If you are least bothered about this then please send us ur address to which this refrigerator to be sent for a free of cost so that u can imporoove your quality and standards.
