Compressor defect and Freezer puncture

We purchased a Godrej Freeze with valid bill and warranty card on 29-05 at Nasirabad from a Godrej Authrized dealer. After a month Freeze started doing noise and when we complaint to dealer he said it happen with new freeze. Now after 6 month freeze is not in working condition, its Compressor is defected and Freezer is punctured. Freeze still in warranty period. We raised complaint at Godrej company also (complaint number 641769), but they are saying it can only happen due to negligent/ Intentional misuse so we need to bear the cost of maintenance. I could not understand why we will intentionally misuse even we dont have any kid at home also. Any way kid also can not reach till freezer.

The freeze was not proper from start and we are sure they have given us a defective freeze, because we already used a same godrej freeze till 14 year without any complaint. We are not new user and everyone is educated in our family. They are not accepting their mistake. I am applying here for proper compensation and maintenance cost of freeze. Please help me to resolve this issue.
