REMINDER - I
Dear Sir,
With reference to our earlier mail dated 04th Jan regarding refrigerator model no GF - 28 (STEEL) manufacturing defect (Electronic Ckt). Your representative from service center, Ghaziabad
has contact over telephone on 05.01.2010 (0120 6459807) and suggested to kindly convert from electronic circuits to manual without physical checking and demanded Rs.800.00 for conversion charges with manual system.
My refrigerator is electronic model and under warranty, hence it is not agreed too, due to this I am facing lot of problem since long back and as per terms & conditions laid down, you may kindly process to replace by new one due to manufacturing defect.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest and reply/action is awaited by return mail.
