Our first problem was on 17th July'2010. Since then your service representative was unable to repair the refrigerator. During his four visits he changed Bi-metal on his second visit & Timer on his today's visit for which Rs.1400/- had been shelled out including visiting charges. Kindly send your skilled service personal who can detect the actual problem with the refrigerator. The Refrigerator is under the warranty period. If the problem is not sorted out immediately & guaranteed for the specific period, i won't have any other option that to move to the consumer court. Hope you take the matter seriously.
