I am an unfortunate customer who have purchased your godrej edge (5 star) 23C2 model on 10/06
At Murugan Enterprises, Ramapuram, Chennai -600089 . Bill no: 6340 dated 10/06.
On last week of May we found there is no chilling taking place in the fridge, we complaint to the godrej and at last on june 8th and gas was refilled in the compressor before the warranty period, instead of replacing during the warranty period technician have replaced the gas, the warranty period valid till 2014 .
Again we had the same problem, No cooling in the refrigerator and nothing can be kept inside, so again on 20/9 we gave a complaint (call no : 2009130822, CSN is 167share), one technician visited from the M/S MIDAS SERVICES 309, 34th street, 7th sector, k.k.nagar – 78 . Service order number 130822 dated 20/9, Service area CMC /061 . The technician has written in the slip for check of compressor and system choke, and informd us that other wing will come and check the compressor status . but till date nobody has turnded up..
Kindly give the replacement for the entire unit, as we have faced this problem from godrej, 3 times.
Hence kindly give a new piece, we are fadeup with godrej product .kindly reply
