Not rectifying the complaint from sept

I have lodged complaint twice for washing machine in your customer care, Technician had visited twice but did not rectified the complaint, my washing machine is in warranty & creating problem from December & Date of purchase is 17th aug.i request you to change my washing machine i am fedup of ur services.service call no is of march is 318547 & sept i dont have the complaint number.please do the action as soon as possible, before i will go to consumer court.
