Sir, My Philips FW V- 39 VCD MIni HIFI System stopped working suddenly. When I contacted company I was given cold reply that this Model is too old which can not be repaired (vide thier E mail reply no.3050556@philips-customercare. dated 22/03.
Company is not reday to repair or replace my music system
