Godrej split Air conditioner(diamond)
Eplacement of deffective portion

I have purchased one ac machine from godrej on 20.12.2011 and they installed it on 25.12.2011 and in the presence of their staff the inner portion of split ac discoered severe scratch, and they suggested that to complain the same. My complaint submitted on 25.12.2011 vide no.2512117599 and on 10.01.2012 vide no.1001118221 is not responded and attended within fortnight, I have to believe that what you are advertising to solve the complaints immediately is totally befooling the public. Pl. also ask your dealers/service engineers first to attend the complaint, get it rectified and then only ask for the visiting charge. do not be professional during the guarantee period, when there is a fault on part of the company manufacturing detect.
