Dear Sir/Madam,
We've purchased a new refrigerator on 8th October in Viveks, Purasaiwalkkam. They delivered the product on 10th October and on 13th October a person visited our home for demo. He noticed that the product has been damaged and raised a complaint on the same day. I've contacted Viveks customer care as well as Godrej customer services. They gently replied "shortly i will receive a new fridge". Till date nothing has done, So i request your necessary action on this matter.
Response from Viveks, Purasaiwalkkam branch is also too bad, when i reach that place and contacted few persons regarding the above issue. They were not even trying to solve their mistake. So please take some action on the respective branch/company and do the needful to me.
