I own a godrej semi automatic Washing machine on 23/02. I called Godrej Smart Care and lodged a complaint (due to product is under warranty period). This was forwarded to m/s freeze house Kolkata.
The technician bappi dasgupta (mob no. 9831165345) came and see the problem and told me the washing motor is damage. So please send it to our workshop. The service provider brought the machine from my house on 14/02. (They also charge Rs. 250/- for caring charge) and they told the work is completed in coming 7 days but his 7 days not coming in 50 days. In these past days when I phone to him, he said the company is not supplying those parts.
After 50 days I am calling to customer care to solve the problem and get the hair authority phone number. He told me that I have no any number of company’s respectable member and he said I could nod not help you in this case. I don’t know what happen?
Now I am purchase a new one and old one is seal to Godrej Company, how can do this? Please guide me.
