I have paid Rs.1450/ towards AMC for my gold nova water purifier on 10.08.2009 and the first service call was made on 19.01.2010 and serviced the machine on 20.01.2010 . the very next day, the machine start giving water leakage and made a complaint on 21 st jan itself vide complaint no-0056787414 .

I was told that the technician will be attending the same on 21.01.2010 itself.

But to my surprise, nobody has turned up till 23.01.2010 even after giving 2-3 complaints daily. Every time wrong commitments are given.

If this is the way of giving service to a customer that also for a necessity item like water, i don, t see any meaning in giving the AMC.

The money I paid on 10.08.2009 of Rs.1450/ is to be refunded back after making my machine under working condition or else, i will be forced to take up this matter with the consumer forum.

Please revert immediately and resolve my problem immediately.
