I had bought a videocon microwave model no vj 25csl4 (25 lt) from greast eastern, kankurgachi on 03/11 paying full amount. They promised to deliver it on 06/11. But till 13/11 they have not deliver it. when they were contacted on 12/11/10 they refused to respond properly. Even they are not mentioning the date when they can deliver it. THEIR TREATMENT TO US IS VERY INSULTING AS WELL. PLEASE HELP ME OUT BY TAKING PROPER ACTION AGAINST THEM.
