Pl ref to my request number for Demo of New LG Microwave oven purchased on 07 Nov. Even after repeated calls to your call centre and to the service centre in Delhi (mehrauli area) no one has been turned up to give the demo. Every day they used to say o.k. we will send the engr today. I spoke to concerned Supervisor as well as Head of service centre in delhi. finally I hope its better to write to you. Kindly let me know generally how many days you will take to attned a customer.
secondly if the even after a week no one is turned up to my complaint/request for demo then who is responsible to give reply for the delay to attend my complaint.
