Sub :- Non Attendance of Complaints

I purchased a Philips music system, model no. DSP 3000N from Big Bazaar, Shahdara on 9 October. This product carries a warranty of one year, but it started giving problem just after 15 days. Several complaints have been lodged to the Philips Customer Care no. 1800-102-2929 and the complaint no. is 461069. After having made repeated complaints, the customer care executive makes fake promises about deputing their engineer to our place, but nothing has been done so far.

This is breach of trust by such a reputed company like Philips India.

I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and get this defective piece replaced. An early action is requested.
