WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

Dear Sir, I had placed order for Whirl pool Automatic micro oven with home shop 18 on 8 of october and made the payment same day, now after a month they had delivered product on 11th of november when we opened the package we came to know that they have sent us the Mechanical micro oven instead of Automatic even the invoice they have sent us is lesser price than what i had paid i.e i had paid 4990/- and invoice is of 4498/- and not recieved the free gifts as shown in the channel while we placed the order. WE are calling the Home shop 18 customer care so many times but the executies are resolving the issue or ready to take the product back and give the refund, each time we talk to new executives and each time they ask the same set of questions and give same set of answers like solved in 72 hours or we call back with in 3 hours and none of the promises has been kept so far. I request you to resolve the issue at an earliest-MY ORDER No.900853987 and complaint No. which they had given me recently is 61350647 & 61924281 and be frank in thia deal the company has cheated me by delivering the wrong product and giving false promises. Hope some will take this issue and do the nedfull
