I am Ashish Rawat from Ghaziabad.

I gave my Nokia E61i phone for repair at Nokia Care (Gulati Communications, Gole Market), New Delhi to change its keypad on 27th Junefor which they told me an estimate of Rs 2600 and also that the phone to be returned within a week. But they did not return it within the deadline. And when I tried to know about the status of my phone they did not give me the right information or any satisfied answer. And when I said to return the phone as it is, they told me that it will be returned within a week. But till today, they haven’t given it to me. I have lost my time & money in enquiring all this. Besides, I have faced also some problems without my phone for over 3 weeks. Also, how can they charge Rs 2600 for replacing just a keypad and a dome sheet (if need to be changed). So, tell me how can I get the compensation for all this and where should I have to complaint. Please give me an appropriate solution.
