I HAD PURCHASED A HAIER COLOR TV IN ROORKEE ON 3RD OF NOVEMBER. HAIER HAD NOT PROVIDED ME AFTER SALE DEMO AS PROMISED BY THEM. I FOUND THAT THEIR TV IS SCANNING BEYOND SCREEN, MEANS PICTURE IS CUT FROM ALL SIDES.
I MADE A COMPLAIN ONLINE, AT LEAST 4 TIMES, WHEN I FOUND THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER APPROACHED MY HOME, AND SUGGESTED ME THAT HE REQUIRE SOME EQUIPMENTS, SO HE WILL BACK AFTER.
BUT AFTER 20 DAYS OF THE SAID VISIT AND ONE MORE OFFICIAL COMPLAIN, I WONT FOUND MY TV REPAIRED.
I FELT CHEATED WITH HAIER.
