Non replacement of Air Conditione

I had purchased 1 ton Window AC for my office in Goregaon (W). After Installation there was a lot of unbearable noise problem in the AC, due to which I complained to their customer care unde ref n. MUM104190025. There were 3 visits from their engineer, including 1 from their Chief Engineer, Mr. Vikram on 23/04. Despite promises of replacement, i am not getting any feedback when the defective AC will be replaced.
