I have purchased Haier mobile z702 from "The mobile store" on 31/08.The phone got malfunctioned after 45 days of purchase and i gave the mobile to authorised haier service centre "Shri OMKAR SYSTEMS 1st floor, JVL Aracade, 199, north Usman Road, T.Nagar chennai-600017, phone :28143108" on 14/11/09.
The service centre has not responed for about 2 months. Upto this date (5/1) they have not replaced the mobile nor repaired and given it to me.
As a releif i need my mobile to be replaced as per the warranty.
