Have registered a complaint to replace the faulity part of micrewave oven on 15.10.10., till yet it has been not done, due to non availibilty of the part. Twice the sevice centre called up to say that the part has come & the technician will come to replace tha same, but later in the afternoon the tech calls up to say that the part is defective & we will have to wait couple of days more till they get new part. Also, the phone no.of the service centre is always busy &if you get through the response is very poor. MY COMPLAINT NO registered with the customer service is: ID- C10A1502562.
