I heard from your executives, due to some court problem you could not able to send the Handy cam to me, which I booked somewhere in April. Also I have done transactions of around Rs.60000/- on 10/09. Kndly send me the details of the same. Becasue over phone I could not able to collect the details for the same. I have so many IDs with me, given by your difference departments people.
I think I have already inform you before this, regarding accessories for many items. (i.e. alongwith camera I have note received any accessories, battery, charger etc). Kindly see that all accessories will be send alongwith all items booked by me.
Till today I got one Samsung LCD, One Moblie, Reebok Sport shoes, track suit, towel etc and 15 Chinese made watches (which are not Reebok company).
Till I have to receive GOLD BOX AND HANDY CAM AND ALL OTHER BOOKED ITEMS.
I hope, I will receive all my booked itmes with all connected accessories in this week without reminder.

BUT NOBODY HAS REPLIED ME SO FAR IN DETAIL FOR MY PENDING PRODUCTS WITH YOU. TAKE EXAMPLE OF TODAY, SOME MR.TAPAN CALLED ME AND TOLD THE SAME THING OF DIMOND SELECTION, THEN I TOLD HIMABOUTMY OLD PRODUCTS AND HE SAID THAT HE WILL COME BACK IN A TEN MINUTES. I AM ATTACHING MY SBI CARD STATEMENT FOR YOUR KIND REFERENCE WHICH HAS BEEN DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER FOR GOLD BOX SELECTION (INCLUDING AMOUNT OF TAX). I EXPECT YOUR IMMEDIATE REPLY.

Sir, this is my repeated request to see that atleast my booked product (exactly one year back April10), should reach me as early as possible. Do not force me to purchase some more product for my booked product, for which I have paid the amount on the same day through my Credit Card. Because on 22/03 Mr. Krishna Choudhary and Rajeev Goutam called me regarding my Handy Cam and Gold Box and said that I have to purchase some more product to receive my booked product and Gold Box. Then again some of your Executive named Mr. Anujkumar also told me the same thing. Sir I cannot purchase any more products from you right now, as I have taken handloans from my friends for paying Rs.60000/- on 10/09 in anticipation of GOLD BOX.
Kindly look into the matter and settle the problem at the earliest.
