Hello,

I had purchased micro max q 55 on 24 May in mumbai. The handset want into "handset mode" was nt coming to " General mode". So on 23rd it was submittied to " Dynamic Enterprises", Chembur for repair. But after repaire its FM was nt working so submitted again on 30th Oct. The services centre promise to delivey within 4 days.

But after two weeks, they are saying parts not avialable and not sure when company will issue parts.
