Sub: Complaint about dissatisfying service

As a good customer of yours, I would like to bring to your kind notice that recent experience of mine has turned out to be disastrous. I happen to by Philips DVD Home Theatre HTS-3105 form QRS Kottayam. On last July above mentioned system ceased to work, so I gave it to the nearest service center (Hi-Tech Electronics Opp. Collectorate Kottayam) on 08-07 and I was running after the same for the last 4 months. I was promised many times that such and such date I would get back my system but it remained only inwards. The last promise made to me was to deliver my system in the month of October but still the result is negative. When I enquire the answer was, “The needed parts should come from Singapore”. I wonder, why such a delay exist in a reputed company‘s own service center? Such a treat to a customer does affect the goodwill of the company. I expect the rectification on the above said mater as soon as possible.
