Havells lamp, Saini Complex, Office No.-7, Near Old Water Tank, Bijswashan, New Delhi-110061 has stated that it is registered by Central Government of India, promises to supply 16 items for assembling for electronic chokes of 40 watts each and labour charge of Rs. 30/- each was offered to pay provided Rs. 30, 000/- was to be deposited. As per thier advice Rs. 30, 000/- D.D. was taken and sent through Professional courier to the above address. Neither any meterial nor any trining personnel have attended to our vizag address even after the lapse of 20 days.
