I have bought 5 fans of Havells. All 5 were making sound. Through my contacts I got 2 replaced with the dealer but they are making more sound than the original ones. They are only 3 months old now and from day one each one is making different sounds. When the Havells engineer visits, he first tries to put the blame on the wrong fitting done by the electrician, voltage etc.
This is the third time I have lodged a complaint with Havells and after paying around 7500 for 5 fans, we have to live with all types of sounds they make.
TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HAVELLS.
WE RECOMMEND THAT NOBODY SHOULD BUY HAVELLS FANS AND UNDERGO TRAUMA FOR NO FAULT OF THEIRS AND THAT TOO AFTER SHELLING OUT MANY THOUSANDS OF RUPEES. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM HAVELLS...
