2 Ceiling fans of 'HAVELLS VELOCITY 1200 MM', purchased on 8/5 from the dealer 'KHOKAN ELECTRIC & ELECTRONICS, GARIA STATION ROAD' out of which 1 fan is not functioning. Accordingly a complaint was lodged to your toll free no., under registration no.'BE191205' . I am sorry to say that no one has attended the complaint from your side after my repetitive requests.
