Order not received

I have ordered a tablet on 11th April with hclstore.in.

I was told i will be receiving the order in 2 weeks time maximum. I have no idea as to why i have heard anything till now.

The credit card payment has already been debited to my Credit card account.

I have tried innumberable times the customer care number provided on the website. It just does not work.

I have checked with chat facility .. the chat executive did not have any idea on the status of the despatch of my order.

Please let me know how do i take this forward.
