Poor service from Godrej customer care

I have purchased Godrej Fully Automatic Washing Machine: GDA 902 . I have given a complaint regarding my power button is not working on 04.03.10 (Service Call no : 438467). Representative came on 05.03.10, noted the compaint. After that company people are telling that they have no spares to replace it.

This may the worst service provided by Godrej. We have to keep this in mind while opting Godrej products.
