I am recently posted at Bikaner, Rajasthan, got a new prepaid number from one local shop on 30.08.09. the number is 9784532135, I had submitted all the required docs and completed all the formalaties. itwas activated on the next day.
Now the problem starts, on 3rd sep i went on field visit for three days and surprisingly came to know that my mobiles incommong and outgoing services are fully stoped without letting me know any cause. even i was unable to call to the cusomer care (121)..Finaly i contacted to district salas manager Mr. Gaurav Nagar at bikaner, who said that it happened due to negative FR, so you have to submmit all ur docs again. i did the same but even after that nothing has been done so far.
I m wondering that the company making huge profit does nt concern abt greavances as they do not have any such number or email to write the complaint.
How one can play with the essential and neccessery services like Mr. Gaurav nagar and Mukesh gupta at bikaner. so far i did nt get any satisfaction and lost my faith in companies policy and the way of handling, even this is more pethetic if company people will become more strange and rude; for Instance: when i said to them to complaint against their behavior they were very strange and challanged to do any thing.
I am using airtel services since long time whereever i go. basically from delhi but this time i m very upset and disatisfied.looking forward for ur response.
