Let me introduce first. My name is Brigadier H P Singh and I bought a new Nokia 5610 mobile phone, IMEI No 358652016473874. Within two month's of its purchase, set started giving problems. Its last repair was done vide Job Sheet No 193343506/090107/69. Thereafter problem continued. It was taken back by your dealer at Jodhpur for replacement vide Job Sheet No. 183433527/7420 on12/06. Despite repeated requests hand set has not been provided till date. I am presently located at Jodhpur (Rajasthan).
