I had recharged my mobile with 10 Rs and I got 7 Rs talktime on 4 th Aug. Before I ringed customercare and asked whether any servise is activated or not. He answred no to me. After some days my balance became 0.16 Rs. Then I complained CUSTOMER CARE but he refused to say me about it. I request that AIRTEL being very good telecommunication co. will refund my recharge and GOOD CUSTOMER CARE response.
