I had ordered (Order No. S10/SUR2577000529) for the battery kit for my water purifier on Tuesday i.e. 10 th of August but it is still not delivered even after 5 days i.e. Saturday (14 August). A maximum of 48 hrs is specified. I made repeated calls to the helpline on tuesday, wednesday, friday though they registered complaints (complaint No- C102563323, C102574574) still there is no response.
This is really ridiculous for a company that is considered to be very prompt world over have worst after sales service like this. I think it was my great mistake to purchase Pure It.
