I have registered a complain on 14-11 to Customer Care of Hindustan Lever regarding problem of a home appliance (Pureit water purifier) vide complaint No-C102896096. On 15-11 a sms has come into my cell phone that my call has attended and request me to give a feedback regarding service. Actually no body has come in my house or attended my compliant. I'm still facing some problem with my appliance.
