I, Gopichand Joshi, purchased a “Pureit” on 20/11 from M/s Priyanka Electronics & Furniture, Talegaon Dabhade, Dist. Pune. As it is an Hindustan Unilever product, I need not thought over for quality. Appliance worked good for a week. But then I found a defect that water filtration process was very slow & inconsistent. Sometimes water was not coming down at all. I told the dealer regarding the same. But there was no response from his side. After waiting for some days I carried the pureit to the dealer’s shop for attending the defect. He told me to keep it at his shop & assured to get it attended, whenever technician will visit his shop. After a long period, he told us the problem is attended. So I brought it back, but the problem was not solved & found that one more defect has been developed - I found leakage from bottom of Cleansing –collection chamber. It is not possible for us to carry the equipment to the dealer every now and then as we are staying in a village- KAMSHET near Talegaon Dabhade. Also service response is very unsatisfactory, rather there is no service at all. So I kept the “pureit” aside & brought our old water filter!
Shall I expect any positive response from the company?
