I had purchased the Pureit water purifier sometime in April and onwards replace Hindustan pureit battery germkill kit (can filter 2250 liters of water) at July when Auto-Switch off flow of the water and Battery Life Indicator turns fully red (As HUL cliamed).
July onwards I used more than 3000 liters water and germkill power is exhausted but indicator not showing any warning even not showing any red indication for replacement.
I and my family members have stomach upset or other water related attack of diseases using this pureit water.
I spoke with customer care executive so many times in between each complain. I told him the entire story so far and requested him to either arrange a replace faulty battery kit or let me speak to someone who has authority at his end who can look into this complaint. Customer care executive always said me for change battary again. If Hindustan Unilever is not able to handle these complaints they can simple stop foolishing the customers. Kindly do some work?
