Dear Sir,

My name is Pradipta Narayan Ganguly & my customer ID 1928526125, I had given request for change of Mesh Filter, several times in Customer Care of Pure it & they assured to deliver the same within two days, but it was never been delivered. When inquired again they assured to send it within seven days, and these process repeated for several times. I have personally gone to Pure it Service Center in Barrackpore but nothing improved. My complain is that sir if they are unable to supply the spare parts for the filter then why do HUL continuing with new product and neglecting old customers.

So I have strongly decided that I don’t want to use this product, if I'm not being served with spares.
